Welcome to NinjaFunction ("NinjaFunction," "we," "us," or "our"), available at ninjafunction.com and operated by Shahid Raza from India. By using our website and free online tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

NinjaFunction provides free, browser-based developer and everyday utility tools, such as a JSON formatter, password generator, image compressor and the other tools listed on our Tools page. No account is needed. The Service is paid for by advertising.

• The tools are free and are meant for lawful personal and professional use.
• Most tools process your data in your own browser, and we do not receive it. A few tools use outside services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking results, such as formatted code, converted files, generated data or calculated values, before you rely on them, especially for business, legal, financial or production use.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or that breaks the rights of others.
• Try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Use bots or scrapers in a way that puts unreasonable load on our servers.
• Use a tool to create, process or share illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content.
• Click on ads, or ask others to, for any reason other than real interest in the advertiser, or otherwise create artificial ad impressions or clicks.

You are fully responsible for what you do with NinjaFunction and for anything you create, process or share using our tools.

NinjaFunction is not responsible for any illegal activity, misuse or harm caused by a user, including use of a tool for fraud, unauthorised access, copyright infringement, harassment or any other unlawful purpose, or for business or work done with the tools. Any claim, loss or legal action that comes from your use of the Service is your responsibility, not ours.

We may remove access, block users and, where the law requires, share information with authorities if the Service is used unlawfully.

The website shows advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are separate from our own content, and we do not endorse the advertisers or the products they promote.

NinjaFunction is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by India Post, the Department of Posts, the Government of India or any other government body. Pages and tools that mention services such as DIGIPIN are provided for information and convenience only. For official information, please use the relevant government website.

The design, branding, layout, content and code of NinjaFunction belong to us. Please do not copy or republish them without our written permission. Files you create with our tools remain yours. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners.

The Service may link to other websites or use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Translate and OpenStreetMap. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Please read their terms and policies.

NinjaFunction is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or be secure, or that the results of a tool will be correct. We give no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this website is professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

As far as the law allows, NinjaFunction and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage from using, or not being able to use, the Service. This includes lost data, profits or business, and indirect or consequential losses. The Service is free, so our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum the law permits.

We may change or stop any part of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms. The Last Updated date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms. We may block anyone who breaks these Terms.

These Terms follow the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts in India, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
