No. A DIGIPIN is calculated only from the location's coordinates, so the same spot always has the same DIGIPIN. It does not change if a building is renamed or a road is rebuilt.
No. DIGIPIN covers India, including its sea areas. Coordinates outside this region cannot be converted.
This tool does not ask for your device's location. Only the coordinates or DIGIPIN you type are sent to a DIGIPIN conversion service to calculate the result, and you do not need an account to use it.
Check that the latitude and longitude are numbers in decimal format (for example 12.9716, not 12°58'), that they are inside India, and that the DIGIPIN is typed correctly with its 10 characters.
