About This Tool
NinjaFunction's GitHub Directory Downloader allows you to grab single folders and subdirectories directly from any public or private GitHub repository without running git clone or sparse-checkout commands. The tool runs completely inside your browser using the GitHub Trees API and client-side ZIP compression, saving bandwidth and local storage.
🔑 How to Use
- Navigate to GitHub and copy the URL of the folder you want to download.
- Paste the URL into the input field above.
- Optional: If you are accessing a private repository or hit rate limits, click 'Add GitHub Token' and paste a Personal Access Token.
- Click 'Download Directory as ZIP'. The tool will resolve the files, package them, and trigger an automatic .zip download.
