Add your logo, sender and customer details, an invoice number and dates, then list your items with a quantity and price. Choose a currency, add a discount, tax, shipping or an amount already paid, and the subtotal, total and balance due are calculated for you. Pick A4 or US Letter and an accent colour. Each line is quantity times price. The discount is taken off the subtotal, tax is added on the discounted amount, then shipping is added. Any amount already paid is taken off to give the balance due.
Yes. Add a PNG, JPG or WebP image and it appears at the top left of the invoice.
The PDF uses standard fonts that cover Western European letters. Characters outside that set, such as some other alphabets, are replaced with a question mark and the tool tells you which ones.
A4 and US Letter. Long invoices continue on extra pages with the table header repeated.
The tool makes the layout. Rules about what an invoice must include, such as tax numbers, differ by country, so add those details in the notes and check your local rules.
