Make printable name badges and ID cards from a list of names, with a logo, a role, and an ID as a barcode or QR code. Free and private.
4 cards. The role and ID are optional.
A photo is used on a card only when you make a single card with the Side style. The same photo cannot be used for many people.
NinjaFunction's Name Badge & ID Card Maker turns a list of names into printable cards as a PDF. Type one person per line with an optional role and ID, add your organization, event title and logo, choose a header band or side stripe style, pick a card size such as an ID card, name tag or event badge, and show each ID as a barcode or QR code. Cards fill A4 or US Letter pages with cutting outlines. Your list never leaves your browser.
| Card | Size | On an A4 page |

| Name tag | 90 × 60 mm | 8 cards (2 × 4), or 6 when tall |
| Event badge | 4 × 3 in (101.6 × 76.2 mm) | 3 cards (1 × 3), or 4 when tall |
| Large badge | 6 × 4 in (152.4 × 101.6 mm) | 2 cards (1 × 2), or 1 when tall |

Type or paste one person per line in the form Name | Role | ID. The role and the ID are optional. Every line becomes a card, and the cards fill the page and continue on more pages as needed.

No. The cards are made inside your browser and your list never leaves your device.
Turn on the cutting outline, print at 100 percent and cut along the lines. Print on thick card, then put the card in a badge holder. The lanyard slot mark shows where to punch a hole.
The cards use a standard PDF font that covers Western European letters. Other alphabets cannot be drawn, so they are replaced and the tool lists them.
